This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the indoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with my bags on my first stay. I recommend trying their fitness center too!

Clean room, friendly staff, the gym and indoor pool provided excellent facilities for relaxation after a long drive, and I appreciated the convenience of a nearby 24-hour reception for any assistance I needed.

Had a decent one-night stay. The bar area was really chill, perfect for unwinding. The pool was smaller than I expected but fun to chill in. Service was friendly throughout, except at the bar—got ignored a bit, which was kinda awkward. Breakfast was great though, tasty and lots to choose from!

I loved how close this place was to Robinswood Hill Country Park, which was just a pleasant walk away, giving me the opportunity to enjoy beautiful nature views while still being able to explore many landmarks around the stunning Cathedral later on. it was perfect for my weekend city strolls. Although the hotel could improve on breakfast options, the facilities were clean and warm, making my stay comfortable overall.

Upon arrival, the hotel took an unexpected extra £50, which was not disclosed upfront, creating a bit of financial hassle. The family room felt cramped for three people, with a single bed wedged next to a hot radiator, and noted dust on surfaces which was less than ideal. Evening meals fell short. my meal was incorrect with dirty glassware present. the pool was uncomfortably cold on my visit, leaving the jacuzzi as the only inviting option. There were also disruptive housekeeping knocks before checkout, which could have been timed better.
